The new Defender duffel XS is multi purpose and has loads of value, with ventilated wetdry shoe tunnel and internal valuables pocket.

I would recommend it
Short version: Yes, I'd recommend this bag. Long version: I needed something basic to carry my gym necessities: A change of clothes, a padlock, a pair of goggles, and a pair of shoes. My requirements were: (i) Must fit easily into gym lockers, (ii) minimum of one and no more than two external side pouches (want to stow my padlock and goggles separately so they won't get lost in the main compartment, but too many pouches annoy me), (iii) must not look or feel awkward walking around with it, in other words, no cheesy patterns, styles, or brands (hence why I chose Adidas). The "extra small" version of this bag was just right: Size-wise, at ACAC I can store it in the lockers without having to cram it in there to get the doors closed. As for the side pouches, there is one vented that is designed for shoes and one non-vented that is designed for whatever. Great Bag
Great bag for small items. I use for change of close for work and my laptop. great buy if you just need a couple things.

i bought it for travel on a weekends or a week getaway. just a few things to pack and can fit anywhere, and you wont be over weight. small and nice.
